Endorphins latest album "Soon After Silence" is a musical journey travelling a diverse terrain. It is a multi-layered soundscape rich in texture and meaning.
The title track "Soon after Silence" reflects the Parisian life Endorphin once led. The sounds echo the walks through the streets of Paris and embodies many of the innovative and emotional qualities that is Endorphin signature.

As an artist it is hard not to fall in the traps of the commercial machine and not try to deliver a product that will have some kind of radio appeal etc.
Before I started the process of writing "Soon after silence" my goal was to go totally in the other direction and write something from the heart and create a very personal soundscape. I wrote the whole album as if writing a soundtrack to an imaginary film inside my head... The process has been invigorating and extremely liberating.
The album encapsulates moody riffs, sweeping strings, electronic grooves and fantastic vocal performances.
Put on the headphones, press play and immerse yourself in the sonic palette and addictively dense layers and grooves of "Soon After Silence"

!K7 Records will release the new album by Henrik Schwarz simply
entitled 'Live' on September 17, 2007.
Hailing from the southern part of Germany, Bodensee, Henrik
Schwarz has built a reputation in the German deep house scene
since the early nineties. Inspired by the example of Detroit
techno icon Jeff Mills, he found a connection between such
musical forms as jazz, soul, funk, house and techno and began
fusing together all of them.
And nowhere is this more readily apparent than on Schwarz's
latest venture: The 'Live' album.
Across 16 tracks, Schwarz takes us on a musical journey, from the
hypnotic Afrofunk gallop of 'Kalimba Dance' to the infectious
acid jitters of 'Jimis', and from the bluesy scat-jazz of 'Leave
My Head Alone Brain' to the trippy piano ripples of 'Imagination
Limitation'. He has also paid homage to the music that he has
loved down the years like Sun Ra's spiritual jazz serenade
'Lullaby For Realville' or James Brown's classic slow jam 'It's A
Man's World'. All rearranged and reborn for the dancefloor.
With the intention of capturing the energy of Tokyo, Berlin,
Chicago, Manchester, Darmstadt, Madrid, Istanbul, Porto and
London, the 'Live' album brings together tunes that were recorded
in clubs across the globe and then sequenced in Berlin.
Tracks that are made for homelistening as well as for the
dancefloor. Brilliant!

Ewan Pearson: author, engineer, producer, remixer, DJ ... genius? He has recorded as Maas for Soma, releasing six singles and an album, "Latitude", and under a number of other guises (World of Apples and Partial Arts). His remixes have made him one of dance music's most respected producers and his version of Freeform Five's "Perspex Sex" was voted best remix of 2002 in the German Dance Music awards. His production credits include the The Rapture as well as Ladytron, Chikinki and Jeb Loy Nichols. Plus, he programmed two tracks for Gwen Stefani's "Love Angel Music Baby". On top of this, he just produced 6 tracks for Tracey Thorn's (Everything But The Girl) solo album "Out of the Woods".
He´s also a busy DJ, regularly appearing at Fabric in London, Manumission and Space in Ibiza, the Pulp in Paris and Panoramabar in Berlin. And he`s the author of "Discographies: dance music, culture and the politics of sound" (Routledge, 1999), which has been translated into Korean and Spanish.
"Piece Work" compiles the best of Ewan´s remixes of late, including classic ones from The Chemical Brothers feat The Flaming Lips, Playgroup, Goldfrapp, Franz Ferdinand, The Rapture, Moby, Depeche Mode, as well as rare or unreleased renditions of Mocky, Ladytron and many, many more.

Top Get Physical producers Booka Shade are the unlikely choice for the latest volume in the 'DJ Kicks' series, out in October.
Are Booka Shade DJs? Well, not really. But that little fact doesn't phase !K7, who in the past have invited such non-DJs as Trüby Trio, Erlend Oye and Annie behind the decks for their 'DJ Kicks' series. As the PR puts it: "Booka Shade have an intimate knowledge of the dancefloor and the differing tools required in a DJ's arsenal, but Jeff Mills or Richie Hawtin…they are not."
But the lack of a DJ resume isn't going to stop Booka, who promise something a little different from the run of the mill DJ mix in their first foray into the format. "DJ-Kicks is the perfect project for us," says Arno Kammermeier. "It allows us to do our own thing. It allows us to make a musical statement. And that was what was appealing to us. People don't see us as hot DJs, so this isn't a snapshot of summer 2007, it's about creating something that will last."
Rather than documenting their the latest club tunes, Booka Shade mix up older gems with unreleased newies on a CD which promises to be eclectic. Amid dance music from Carl Craig, Matthew Dear and Lopazz, Booka Shade find room for French disco (Cerrone), rap (The Streets), '70s soundtracks (John Carpenter), '80s electro-pop (Heaven 17, Yazoo) and even the downright odd (Brigitte Bardot, The Tubes). "We really got into the material that we were using," explains Walter Merziger, "Putting it together was like creating a remix."
Many of the cuts are mixed together using Booka Shade rhythm tracks, while the mix also contains two Booka exclusives, 'Numbers' ("The mix inspired us to write a song with vocals. It's the first time we've had real vocals on a Booka Shade track") and 'Estoril'. "We came at it from a producer's background," Walter explains. "It wasn't just about choosing tracks that blended rhythmically, but we were interested in the harmony as well. The transition of the mixes had to be harmonically correct too. That's why there's lots of layers in there."
